Thanks for the question.

You can go to the library's databases, and you should be able to find articles.

In this area, you will find just over 100 databases.  To narrow down, you can take a look at a couple of different areas for articles.  First section I would look in is the General subject databases.

If you click on Academic Search Premier here, and then do a search.  You can do a search in here on Kenya with a variety of other terms like "marathon running", "marathon runner", "distance running", and "distance runner" amongst others.  You need to do all of these searches with all of these terms to ensure you find all of the articles available. Be careful of doing a search on the word "running" with Kenya because this will result in articles about people running for election etc.

Try other databases under General.  

Also, take a look under the Biology subject heading, and try a database here, such as Science Full-Text Select.  In addition, in the A-Z List, check under the letter "F" for Food Science Source to find food related articles.
